Athletica Pilates intentionally progresses our athletes one class at a time.  Staying true to the traditional intentions of the Pilates Method, our approach blends classical exercises with modern principles and techniques to build strength and connection between the mind and body.

OUR CLASSES.

Our workouts are crafted to train modern athletes while remaining anchored to the objectives of Joseph Pilates original exercises. At our studio, all instructors teach the same reformer programming sequence throughout the week– reinforcing skill development and supporting successful progression through the exercises. 

Athletica Pilates signature multi-apparatus combo class and private training work in tandem with our group reformer classes to provide a more tailored training setting for our athletes to reach their personal fitness goals. Our virtual On-Demand classes give you the freedom to stay connected to your practice even while you’re away from the studio.

HIs method.

Classical Pilates refers to the original form of exercise developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century. Known as ‘Contrology’ during his lifetime, Classical Pilates is a movement system featuring intentionally progressive and sequenced exercises – each one building on the former.

The longevity of pilates as a popular form of exercise is the ultimate proof of its effectiveness.  By grounding our workouts in the original teachings and applying modern ideas, our athletes get the best of both worlds– and results to prove it.

reformer

At Athletica Pilates, we keep it small—with just 6 reformers, our classes deliver the precision and attention you won’t find in a crowded studio. Classical reformer pilates, with an athletic twist.

multi-apparatus combo

A unique semi-private experience (max 3) that combines the reformer, cadillac, and chair. Rotate through each apparatus for a full-body workout. Best suited for clients already familiar with the reformer.

private training

1-on-1 sessions fully tailored to your goals. work on the cadillac, reformer, chair, and ladder barrel with more focused instruction to deepen your practice and refine technique. Perfect for any level.
